Most of you know this blog is all about Inspiration, Training, and Ideas for you to boost your business… but it is also my personal blog, and a place I like to share my “life” with all of you. So when I stumbled across the Shrinking Jeans Sisterhood Challenge, I knew this was going to have to be something I shared on my blog.
I will admit I am pretty terrified to do this publicly, but just like everything in our business, when you “put it all out there” it helps keep you accountable – not only to yourself, but also your readers. Plus, in talking with a few of our Cruising Divas, we have all laughed about wanting to look fabulous aboard the Carnival Triumph in October. SO – I am hoping that by me sharing this with all of you that you will not only help keep me accountable, but you may want to join me in this Challenge and do the same on your blog!
So what is this Challenge? Well, The Sisterhood of The Shrinking Jeans is a Blogging Community focused on supporting women (and one guy!) through the journey of weight loss and getting healthy. They do not condone or support any particular diet or product – it is about supporting each other and keeping each other accountable – it is the Weightloss version of Party Plan Divas!! =)
The Spring Fling kicked off this week with over 15 teams of women challenging one another for weight loss “Biggest Loser” style (done by percentages of weightloss, not actual pounds) Directly from the website – “Our second challenge of 2010 is going to be all about unearthing your inner winner. We’ll be stepping up the shrinking by taking your fitness to a whole new level.” Woohoo! Just that first sentence alone got me.
So between now and April 21st I will be weighing in and sharing my struggles and triumphs with you as I Shred With The Sisterhood getting ready for our Seminar at Sea in October!
Starting weight: 179
Goal by April 21 – 159
Goal by October 7th – 139
Wooohooo!! Going All In in 2010!!

Wow, this sounds fantastic! Well done you, might keep you company on this one!
