Last week I joined The Sisterhood Of The Shrinking Jeans and embarked on a weight loss journey with The “O” Team – Off The Oreos!
I was not as disciplined as I would like – I played my Wii a few days and even took a nice long walk around the neighborhood yesterday, I did not change my eating habits much. I DID work on not eating after 6pm on the weekdays – which is big for me as I am a night time snacker. I plan to be a little more cautious this week.
I DID manage to lose 2.4 pounds though – which I understand is probably mostly water weight, BUT it is a start!
My team cumulatively lost around 15 pounds which is GREAT!! The final numbers arent in, but I think that puts us somewhere near the top!
